A traditional stone-built converted Highland Steading in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, Tom Mòr is the idyllic Highland getaway. The accommodation and location are perfect for intimate gatherings for friends or family. Located a short drive from Grantown-on-Spey, the steading is ideally situated for easy access to the Speyside Whisky Trail, the outdoor Highland playground of Aviemore, world-famous fishing on the River Spey and an abundance of scenic walks, biking routes and wildlife trails.

Tom Mòr Steading has been sympathetically converted to provide a modern open-plan living space, whilst retaining many of the unique and original characteristics of the stone-built fabric. The large open-plan living, dining and kitchen space provides the perfect hub for entertaining and gathering during your stay. The large dining area can accommodate up to 8 guests to enjoy a meal after a busy day exploring the Highlands. Retreat to the lounge area around the traditional wood-burning stove with a dram of whisky. In the Summer months, the long daylight hours can be enjoyed from the front courtyard or the rear garden – which enjoys south-facing views over the Cairngorm Mountains.

The sleeping accommodation is flexible, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the steading can accommodate up to 5 guests. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and hill views towards Tom Mòr. The twin room, consists of a three single beds.

Tom Mòr Steading's outdoor space can be enjoyed and appreciated all-year-round. The front courtyard area is a perfect sun-trap in the Summer months and a ready-made snow-ball fight court in the depths of Winter. The sheltered, south-facing garden to the rear of the steading is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening tipple and provides views across the Cairngorms and stunning farmland.

There are many walks and bike routes that can be enjoyed directly from the steading (maps and suggestions are provided in the guest book located in the living area) and many other routes and trails can be accessed within a short drive.
